  1. I was shocked when i got on the scale and was down 3 whole pounds..woo hoo..its extra awesome after having a week of no change...i had a few things to eat that i had been staying away from so i really wasnt expecting a loss let alone 3 lbs.

  2. Well, this week, I was able to lose two pounds! I was totally excited! After a week or two of gaining and losing, I'm losing again, and that felt great. Thanks to all of the activity that I'm getting, that really is key!
