  1. Well, ironically enough, I gained two pounds this week. The only thing is, is that it was muscle weight! How do I know? Because my body fat, water percentage, and bone mass were the same as last week. So essentially I gained, but I lost, how does that work? :)

  2. Stayed the same weight...was sick a good part of the week so that fact i didnt gain due to lack of exercise..is amazing to me..so ill take it..next week..gotta get moving
